Athens brief

If you ever wondered what the old Greek buildings looked like, the Academy of Athens is a good example. (Built in 1865, so not that old.) I don't think a lot of people know that these buildings were painted. The ionic columns are pretty impressive. You can see remnants of paint on some old ones in the archaeology museum.
